Lahden Lämpökäsittely Oy, member of the Heatmasters Group is performing heat treatment services at clients premises and project sites and in it's own workshops in the cities Lahti and Varkaus. The  companys is following quality system, which is in line with standards ISO9000 and EN ISO 17663. We are working with over 35 years experience in different heat treatments using state-of-the-art furnaces and mobile heat treatment units with an experienced personnel.

Heat treatment in fixed furnaces

All furnace in use are equiped with computer based control system that enables accurate results and clear documentation of each work. The works are done according to client’s specification following work instructions of our quality system.

Heat treatment in temporary furnaces

The size, shape or possibility for transport does not limit possibilities for heat treatment in a furnace. We have in use mobile modular size furnace system that enables heat treatment in a furnace at client’s premises. The system is functioning with electric heaters or gas burners.

Zone heat treatments

Zone heat treatment is done with mobile heat treatment units, which are equipped with the same HeatMasters control system as furnaces. Results of heat treatments are accurate and the documentation is clear and versatile.
