Heatmasters Sp. z o.o.. Company
was established in 1995 in Sosnowiec. We belong to the group of companies, who
are specialized in the metal heat treatment services. Our mother company
Heatmasters Group Oy is located in Lahti, Finland. Performing the heat
treatment services we employ one of the most advances process control system
HM20, which is based on the HM-Riegel26 controllers.
Our basic activity covers:
Metal heat treatment services in
5 (five) electrical furnaces, of which the biggest is 3,5 m x 3,5 m x 20 m (W x
H x L) and temperature range up to 1200°C
Metal heat treatment in 2 (two)
gas fuelled furnaces with maximal dimensions 5,5 m x 6,0 m x 20 m (W x H x L)
and temperature range up to 800 °C.
On site heat treatment services
with temperature range up to 1000 °C, performed with the use of portable heat
treatment units and heating mats (25 units with 40 kW each)
Sales of machines and equipment,
manufactured by Heatmasters Oy, assigned for the heat treatment processes
Guarantee and after guarantee
services, calibration, overhauls of delivered equipment.
