INSULATION MATERIALS

Mineral wool PV-100VM

Mineral wool blanket is covered with steel wire net. PV-100VM is an ideal material to insulate workpieces for annealed. Mineral wool has temperature resistance is up to 750 °C in continuous use. Sintering temperature is 1100 °C. Recommend insulation thicknesses are T < 700°C - 50 mm; T > 700°C 100 mm.

Calcium-Silica blanket Carbowool

Carbowool products can be used as thermal insulation in a wide range of applications. The blanket has excellent thermal and physical stability up to 1100 °C. Carbowool needle-felted blanket contains no organic binders.

Silicafibre blanket

The product has a high continuous-temperature resistance of more than 1000 °C. The cloth is based on high-quality silica fiber, and has very good insulating properties, excellent handling, causes no skin irritation and is harmless to health.

Silicafibre cloth

The cloth is made from filament yarns mixed with a fiber, and provides excellent protection against thermal radiation. It is resistant to most chemicals, except for hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid and strong alkalis.

Insulation pads

HM - Insulation pads protect the welder against thermal radiation when the workpiece is preheated. Insulation is mineral wool covered in fibre cloth.
