MOBILE HEATING UNITS
Heatmasters’ power sources for local heating are especially designed for on site use. They are light and easy to use. Many times heating units must be placed in difficult, high places and therefore the supervision of the process are difficult. In these cases possibility for long distance monitoring is the solution. HeatMasters Temperature Control System enables to monitor all heating units on site one place.
When a telephone line or a mobile phone is in use, it’s possible to follow the process even from another city or from another country. Far supervision and remote control saves man-hours. Heatmasters gives possibility to save money and time with its state-of-the-art equipment and strong product development.

HM406 model is a six-channel, full automatic or semiautomatic heat treatment units for preheating and annealing metal objects. Heating power is 40 kW, the weight of the unit is only from 160 to 185 kg and it’s equipped either with HeatMasters Temperature Control System or conventional controllers. Output power is contactor or thyristor controlled.
HM403 model is a three-channel, full automatic or semiautomatic heat treatment unit for preheating and annealing metal objects. Heating power is 40 kW, the weight of the unit is only from 140 kg to 170 kg and it’s equipped either with HeatMasters Temperature Control System or conventional controllers. Output power is contactor or thyristor controlled.
HM31 is full automatic, one-channel, inverter preheating and annealing unit for tubes. The weight of the unit is only 11 kg and the heating power is 3,5 kW. Connection voltage of the unit is 220 ... 240 V. The unit is normally used with induction coil but different sizes of electrical heating mats can be used as well.

HM30 is welder’s basic heat treatment tool. The unit is an inverter based preheating unit for tubes. The unit is small and light in weight, which enables easy handling and transportation. The weight is only 10 kg. Power control is manual. Temperature of the heated pipe is measured with a separate device. The unit is normally used with induction coils. No open fire. Breaks while welding are possible without loosing the preheating temperature. HM30 is keeping the tube in the right preheating temperature as long as needed .
