HM406_R26 and HM406T_R26

HM406_R26H M406T_R26 is a fully-automatic, six-channel heat treatment unit for preheating and annealing metal workpiece. Output power is thyristor controlled, which enables use of smaller than standard size of heating elements. Setting, control, monitoring and documentation of heat treatment parameters are carried out by the computerized HeatMasters Control System. HM406_R26/HM406T_R26 provides accurate heat treatment and easy documentation. HM406_R26/HM406T_R26 can be long-distance controlled.

Difference between HM406_R26 and HM406T_R26 models is in output power regullation:
- HM406 is equipped with contactors
- HM406T is equipped with thyristors

Programming

Heat treatment parameters are programmed in the memory of the six regulators of the unit and heating can be started at any desired time. HM406_R26/HM406T_R26 will carry out the programmed heat treatment process according to the given phases.

Data registration

The unit registers the achieved heat treatment results in its memory, which enables easy preparation of heat treatment documents. A separate temperature recorder is not needed.

Capacity

HM406_R26/HM406T_R26 has six heating channels and six independent programming alternatives. The signal lights of HM406_R26/HM406T_R26 will indicate any disturbances in the electric network and/or in the heating elements, as well as any other disturbances during the heat treatment.
