HM31

HM31 is an inverter-based preheating and annealing unit especially for tubes. Setting, control and monitoring of HM 31 are carried out by the HeatMasters’ Control System. HM31 is small and light in weight, which makes it easy to handle and transport. For power supply HM31 is connected to a mains current socket, which enables the use of short cables.

Programming

Using HeatMasters Control System, you can create and save an unlimited quantity of heat treatment instructions in the PC’s memory and transfer them into the HM31 units. When the programming is complete, HM31 will carry out the heat treatment according to the instructions it has received. HM31’s signal light indicates if any disturbances occur during the operation. A digital display on the front panel indicates the progress of the heat treatment. HM31 can be connected to long-distance monitoring.

Data registration

The unit registers the achieved heat treatment results in its memory, which makes it easy to prepare heat treatment documents. A separate temperature recorder is not needed.
