HM30A

HM30A is an inverter-based semi-automatic preheating unit especially for tubes. It is used for induction and resistance heating. HM30A is small and light in weight, which makes it easy to handle and transport.
HM30A maintains the tube at an even temperature during welding.
Heating process can be carried out with or without a thermocouple. If needed, the temperature can be recorded using a separate temperature recorder. A mains current socket provides power for the unit, which means that short cables can be used.
HM30A has one processor regulator, which is used for adjusting heat treatment parameters.
When using a thermocouple, the regulator shows the temperature and the following parameters can be adjusted:
* Heating rate [°C/h]
* Holding temperature [°C]
If a thermocouple is not in use, the so-called percentage system is applied, whereby the heating power is regulated in percentage ratio and the temperature is measured with an external measuring device.
Because HM30A stands next to the workpiece, adjustments are easy to make.
