SOFTWARE Heatmasters’ HM20 software has been designed for the HM-Rigel26 controller. It is used to set-up the controller’s, design and create heat treatment processes, and print out the work results as a heat treatment certificate. The process design is made easy You can program an unlimited number of heat treatment process instructions into the PC’s memory, and then choose the one needed for specific material. All memory procedures in use in the company or the project can be pre-programmed in the PC’s memory to avoid mistakes. Preview of the created process Before starting the process you can preview a selected process to ensure the right values of programmed phases. Mistakes are thus minimised, and it helps you time the process most efficiently. Clear and versatile documentation When the process is complete, the results can be printed on a normal office printer.
